Responsibilities Include:


  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Greeting customers as they appear on the lot and proceed into the sales process.
  • Assisting customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Answering phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keeping them informed with vehicle delivery and pick up.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude for the benefits of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Reading, understanding, and adhering to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by employer, and compliance with the requirement and regulations of OMVIC.

Position Requirements:


  • OMVIC license is preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license.
  • Computer literate and have basic math skills.
  • 3 years retail sales experience.
  • Bilingual mandatory (English & French).

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission


Salary:
$28,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
