Position:
Accounts Receivable Clerk, Mississauga

Primary Responsibilities

Research and resolve all customer payment issues
Process credit card payments
Run AR reports in Great Plains and document all customer calls and activity
Work closely with the Accounting team and US teams with regular communication and followup
Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Secondary Responsibilities

Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, and credit memos
Respond to customer inquiries, issues and maintain excellence of service to existing and new customers
Create reports for daily and monthly invoices and reconciliations
Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of billing
Work closely with other Accounting Division members to maintain the integrity of all financial operations
Communicate with the US corporate stores for any concerns and follow up with customers
Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail
Prior experience in Microsoft Great Plains is an asset
Strong computer skills intermediate or advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to resolve problems and take initiative
Able to deal with customers sensitively and professionally at all times
