Position:
Cash Application Specialist, Mississauga

Primary Responsibilities

Research and resolve all customer payment issues
Process credit card payments
Run AR reports in Great Plains and document all customer calls and activity
Work closely with the Accounting team and US teams with regular communication and followup
Provide excellent customer service to all customers

Secondary Responsibilities

Assist in billing customers
Assist the Accounting team when needed
Perform outbound calls to customers to collect on overdue accounts receivable

Qualifications & Experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail
Prior experience in Microsoft Great Plains is an asset
Strong computer skills intermediate or advanced Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to resolve problems and take initiative
Able to deal with customers sensitively and professionally at all times
