Position Summary
The Inside Sales (ISR) role is responsible for maintaining strong closing rates on all inbound sales activity. Leads will be provided via phone and webforms.

The ISR will respond to all leads as soon as they are received and work to close them at the time or provide quotes and follow up with the contact on a frequent basis.

The ISR is required to work all leads through our CRM and documenting all contacts and outcomes.


Your Impact

  • In this role, you will be responsible for the following:_
Provide an excellent customer experience from the first contact to the branch hand off

Provide support to the outside sales team

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Perform appropriate follow-up for sales calls

Provide quotes to customers with the thorough understanding of our quoting and pricing systems

Provide quotes within set ranges to customer to secure the business

Follow up with potential customers and inquire how our quote compares to others

Track all sales on a commission tracker

Update CRM system with customer notes from each call

Adhere to _PROSHRED_ Naid and ISO policies and proceduresincluding pricing strategies with some discretional pricing flexibility to work in competitive situations

Work closely with Branch Managers/Owners to understand sales capabilities for each location

Work hand in hand with the Outside Sales Representatives

Maintain up to date knowledge on document security and industry trends

Educate and sell the potential customer on _

_'s value proposition

Create and scrub prospect lists for PROSHRED locations

Manage and respond to inbound inquiries

Participate in regular meetings


Your Sales Administrative & Business Development Expertise
Minimum 1 -2 years Sales and Customer Service experience

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Sales focus with an energetic and positive approach along with a high sense of urgency to addressing Franchisee and customer requests

Good understanding of sales concepts

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills with ability to execute with focus and flexibility

Experienced at managing multiple priorities and demonstrated use of good judgment in handling large volume of requests with competing priorities and deadlines

Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Experience with a CRM is preferred
