What you'll do

  • Will setup and run the Jumpstart Resale shop via inperson activities at Melanie Dr (FedEx) using Excel and PowerPoint to track inventory and post sale on Workplace
  • Will conduct the winners selection and subsequent posting of winners list as well as submission of list for Payroll deduction
  • Will work with Security to ensure all rules of the sale are followed and follow up with any issues from sales
  • Will look for and execute opportunities to improve the sale and report results to Leadership upon request
  • Will track ideas from the Thinkbox program and hold meetings to follow up on submissions
  • Will post updates for employees on Communication Hubs in various buildings
  • Will be asked to participate in other adhoc initiatives where data analytics will be used
  • Could be asked to support other teams for temporary projects

What you bring

  • Ability to use Microsoft Power Point at an Intermediate or Higher Level
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate or Higher Level
  • Ability to use Workplace and Familiarity with Workplace Postings
  • Possesses knowledge and analytical ability to support work with Thinkbox
  • Ability to lead and support meetings with various groups and levels of Leadership
  • Physically able to lift and move product 50 lbs
  • Must be able to travel between buildings like (but not limited to) Bolton and Melanie Dr (FedEx)
  • Post Secondary Education is a benefit (University or College)
