    Description

    Exciting Opportunity in Saskatchewan for a Route Sales/Outside Representative!

    • Develop a solid sales strategy, from cold calling to product demonstrations.
    • Drive along a designated route, visiting regular customers and pitching upgrades and new product lines.
    • Analyze consumer behavior to stay competitive and meet sales targets.
    • Maintain sales records and provide regular updates to management.
    • Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints and collaborating with other departments.
    • Identify potential customers, arrange meetings, and build lasting relationships.
    • Persuade customers by highlighting product benefits and features.
    • Submit purchase orders promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and negotiate effectively to close sales.

    Route Sales Representative Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
    • Valid driver's license and clean record.
    • Proficiency in sales software.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
