- Primary accountability for creating and executing strategy to penetrate the local market
- Lead and generate personal sales pipeline that supports the achievement of local revenue growth goals with a primary focus on attaining new clients
- Meet or exceed minimum sales goals as established by WTW
- Serve as a door-opener, bringing in H&B Teams to close the sale while acting as sales expert to the delivery team
- Raise awareness of WTW capabilities in the marketplace through social media marketing and various other profile building venues (WTW prospect sessions, client events)
- Lead contributions to the local sales pipeline and ensure timely entry into WTW sales tracking systems
- Ongoing support and collaboration with Canadian Sales Leader and Toronto Market Leader
- Leverage WTW intellectual capital to penetrate sales channels
