Role Summary/Purpose:
The Field Service Representative (FSR) - will monitor Filtration, Softening, Reverse Osmosis, UV, Electro-deionization, and other customized water purification equipment utilizing the InSight platform.
In this role, you will:
- Monitor equipment performance and operation within the designated territory utilizing the InSight platform in order to:
- Schedule cleanings and review effectiveness
- Prevent systematic failures
- Ensure PM/CM is properly being performed
- Report out necessary information from InSight to proper stakeholders
- Drive use of InSight within the designated territory to establish proper usage by the BOO FSRs
- Support B.O.O InSight setups as necessary

Qualifations/Requirements**- High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent to High School Diploma with a minimum 2 years of work experience in the water industry or in a related field or 4 years training (college, military, vocational/technical school).
Eligibility Requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel (20%+)
- Ability and willingness to frequently lift and perform other manual work
- Ability and willingness to be on call
- Ability and willingness to work weekend schedules
- Ability to gain access and maintain access to a facility per customer requirements (including Nuclear facilities).
Desired Characteristics
- At least 5 years Field Service experience
- College or Technical / Trade School Degree in Engineering / Technical field and / or equivalent work experience in the industry
- Familiarity with InSight platform
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer focus; customer service and results oriented
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
