Key Responsibilities:


  • Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency. Answer questions and direct visitors to appropriate locations.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and direct accordingly.
  • Provide information about services and amenities available in the building, the neighborhood, and the community.
  • Serve as an advocate for our residents with respect to needs and requirements.
  • Ensure adequate notification has been given to residents regarding maintenance or inspections.
  • Updates meal log binder monthly
  • Manages activity signup sheets provided by the recreation department
  • Updating and organizing information boards throughout community
  • Works closely with Community Coordinator to manage housekeeping schedule
  • Maintaining work orders and purchase order
  • Inventory, order, and maintain sufficient stock of office supplies
  • Booking, tracking, and reporting of guest suite rentals and common areas.
  • General reception duties

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:


  • High School Diploma required.
  • Postsecondary education or equivalent related administration training/experience would be a definite asset.
  • Minimum two years of office administration experience.

Proven Skills/Demonstrated Abilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding customer service focus.
  • Promotes a positive team spirit and company image at all times.
  • Proven organizational, multitasking, and priority management skills.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential assignments with tact and diplomacy.
  • A caring attitude.

  • A current and clear Criminal Records Check is required
