- Develop and execute global supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to orchestrate the transformation of the global supply chain to a world class maturity state
- Develop and implement a vision and roadmap that uses future processes and tools to creating a connected and automated supply chain across HFLS
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning
- Implement best practices in inventory management, demand planning, and production scheduling to meet customer demand and minimize lead times
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency and reliability
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness in the supply chain. Ensure the supply chain complies to all regulations
- Drive sustainability initiatives across the supply chain to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible sourcing practices
- Minimum of 15 years in a commercial industrial business with 10 years of supply chain management experience
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing supply chain operations and driving cost savings
- Experience in the lubricants or chemical industry operations would be an asset
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business or a related field
- Master's degree in a related field would be an asset
- Strong analytical skills and experience with supply chain planning tools and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and talent management
- Direct Management of up to 6 professionals, indirect responsibility for total workforce of ~250, including salaried, hourly and represented employees

The Lubricants and Specialties Senior Director, Global Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and operations. The Senior Director of Global Supply Chain will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability.
