RESPONSIBILITIES

As a _Paid Search Specialist_ at Webrunner, you'll be responsible for driving lead generation through major search engine platforms such as Google and Bing for contractors in the improvement industry across Canada & the US.

Your role will involve developing and executing innovative paid advertising campaigns that align with our clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.

From keyword research to ad creation and optimization, you will leverage your expertise in paid search to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is able to _
Develop and execute paid search strategies to generate leads for clients in the improvement industry.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Create and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and make datadriven decisions to improve ROI.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.
We are looking for someone who has _
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
23 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search.
A strong understanding of Google Ads and other major advertising platforms.
The ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
A keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Google Ads certification (preferred).
