Position Highlights
Our Customer Experience team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Research Services to join the
Customer, Stakeholder and Market Insights team on a permanent full-time basis.

making and strategy development.
Position Highlights
- Manages the planning and provision of primary market research activities
- Leads the development of adhoc qualitative/quantitative research on medium to largescale research initiatives to identify
- Oversees the vendor management during the course of the project including procurement, evaluating proposals, selecting and
deliverables
- Supervises customer insight panel operations to provide decisionmakers insight to the attitudes, opinions, behaviors and
- Manages the daytoday operations of the team, including the recruitment, development, coaching and performance
Position Requirements
Well-versed in designing both quantitative and qualitative research studies
- Ability to lead and coach a team of experienced researchers to create an engaging and supportive work environment.
- Strong understanding of customer research practices and proven success on executing multiphrase research programs
- Knowledge of the principles, theories, standards and best practices for quantitative and qualitative market research, business
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, and relevant governing acts, legislations, regulations and public policy
- Direct experience is an asset and is typically required for someone to perform this job competently.
