Incumbents perform specific technical tasks in the maintenance and operation of the College's facilities and equipment.

There is 1 temporary part-time opportunity working 6 hours per week at a rate of $20.59/HR. The timeframe is from September 6, 2023 through to no later than December 22, 2023.

Specific Accountabilities:

Provide support to faculty for creating and promoting a positive learning experience
Assist with the organization and monitoring of student assessment including assignments and testing

Operates a variety of equipment which may include laboratory and audio-visual equipment- Conducts regular maintenance on above equipment

Orders replacement parts
Maintains equipment records
Distributes and monitors use of equipment
Sets up simple equipment

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
A minimum of twoyears experience working in the MS Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with the MS Windows 10 environment is a must
Experience providing customer support is considered beneficial
Excellent communicators with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to a diverse student population
Applicants must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff and be a cooperative team player who operates under a studentcentered philosophy
