We currently have a Regular Full-time opportunity for a Clinical RN Analyst in the Tory Trauma Program at our Bayview Campus


Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday, 8 hours; Flexibility required for nights and weekends Summary of

Duties Implementation Phase:
Conducts interviews and document current and future state workflows for critical care areas Customizes and configures the CCIS according to unit workflow and needs Oversees the specifications and seeks design feedback/decisions from ICU Working Group(s)

Ensures the new features and functions are aligned with SB policies and guidelines Reviews and modifies existing or documents new Standard Operating Procedures and processes Facilitates the testing process; prepares a Test Plan and creates test scenarios and test Scripts Leads User Acceptance Testing and assists with preparation of training material Provides input and review of end user training documentation Provides clinical project implementation (go-live) support Provides status updates from the ICU Working Group to the Project Manager and Project Team Maintenance Phase:
Provides ongoing support to clinical teams for CCIS implementation Addresses changes in CCIS as decided by authorizing structure Provides ongoing support to clinical teams for CCIS education Qualifications/Skills Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario Minimum 3 years critical care clinical background required Minimum 1 year building and implementing experience of critical care information systems required, experience with Meta Vision preferred Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required Project management and project leadership experience required Knowledge of Visio, MS Project and MS SharePoint would be an asset Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks with tight deadlines
