General duties:


  • Assisting with preparing benchtops and performing R&D trials,
  • Assisting in conducting analytical testing on products and ingredients,
  • Participating in sensory evaluation,
  • Controlling R&D material inventory,
  • Maintaining the daytoday sanitation of the kitchen and R&D lab equipment.

Qualifications:


  • Preferably recent graduate or enrolled in Food Science and Technology, Food Quality and Assurance, Food Microbiology, Agriculture, Nutrition or Food Service programs.
  • 100% inperson role
  • Parttime: 1520 hours/week
