The objective of the
Social Media Coordinator is to generate and schedule social media content and maintain platforms for multiple brands (e.g. Yogen Fruz, Yogurty's, Sweet Jesus, etc.) by using their business and marketing expertise.

Please review the tasks related to the position (but not limited to) below:

General Duties:

Developing social strategy and content, scheduling social media posts (e.g. Instagram/Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin and Twitter) at our different franchise locations.
Social Media Community Management and social listening.
Developing and managing online contests, giveaways and partnerships
Coordinating with Franchisee/Partners to promote local events online
Vetting Influencers for collaborations and coordinating media taste events
Monitoring and presenting Key Performance Indicator analytics to the marketing manager.
Keeping up to date with competitors/trends/ social marketing strategies
Coordinating, drafting, and sending memos to Franchisees
Providing marketing support to crossfunctional teams
Administrative functions, as required

Experience required:

Completion of Post-Secondary Education or relevant experience in Marketing
12 years of professional experience with corporatestyle social media
Flexible to work in an inperson office environment
Ability to create and edit content for Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Experience with Photography / Videography is an asset.
Great copywriting and grammar skills.
Experience with Later social media scheduling is a bonus
Experience with social media advertisements (e.g. Google, Instagram, TikTok)
Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities
Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
