Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review AR Ageing
Review orders on HOLD and releases orders
Processing of credit cards and PDC
Credit Investigations for new Accounts (Research: credit references using D&B)
Handles and follows up on collection of accounts (L to Z accounts)
Manages incoming and internal customer inquiries regarding receivables.
Reconciliation of accounts
Credit card and Check deposits
Volume rebates
Open new account in Master Data (L to Z accounts)
Process all credits pertaining to damages, short or VR for customers L to Z
Enter all credit card information into the Moneris Vault
Perform other administrative tasks

Requirements:

5 years' experience in a related field
Demonstrate multitask
Experience dealing with majors such as Walmart, Costco, McKesson, Dollarama is an asset
Great communication skills
Be computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP Business One)
Bilingual (French and English) spoken and writing
