The Bilingual Client Success Specialist is a trusted advisor to KEV clients and guides their success with KEV School Cash products.

The CS Specialist works closely with their client districts and the schools within each district to build capability of School Cash Online.

This role requires that the Client Success Specialist have a strong blend of product and domain expertise, business acumen, and communication skills.

The Client Success Specialist must effectively collaborate with a wide array of internal teams (Support, Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to orchestrate and optimize the customer experience.

This is a maternity leave contract with a possibility of extension.


Responsibilities

  • Engaging customers and educating them on the available resources
  • Managing a book of high volume clients
  • Communicating the product roadmap
  • Guiding customer success through a thorough understanding of customers' business objectives and success metrics
  • Actively managing the account customer experience with recurring meetings to track success and related activities and actions
  • Updating customer health
  • Preparing and coordinating periodic business reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Delivering best practice guidance.
  • Advocating for product enhancements on behalf of customers

Skills and Experience

  • 3 years of experience managing customer relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication in French and English is a must have
  • School accounting, bookkeeping domain knowledge, 3 or more years of experience
  • Experience with School Cash Suite of products is an asset.
  • Account planning experience
  • Ability to establish and foster relationships at multiple levels in an organization
  • Proven ability to advise on and facilitate business adoption
  • Demonstrated project management capability
  • Strong presentation and problemsolving skills
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams and collaborating to deliver an optimized customer experience and drive value for the customer
  • Selfdriven with the energy and resilience to perform consistently and at a high level in a fastpaced, complex environment
