IT Support Technician to join our team


Lift currently owns/operates 53 collision repair centers located in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and Yukon Territories with over 700 employees and plans for continued, sustainable expansion coast to coast.


Our strategic Information Technology department offers an ever changing, dynamic workflow along with a great group of people from a variety of different departments and locations to work along side.

Career Overview/Responsibilities:


  • You're primarily responsible for providing end user support.
  • You'll take part in acquisition projects for new shops. This includes provisioning hardware, accounts, and services, and visiting the location to complete installs.
  • Travel to new locations to supporting onboarding. Expect to be away for 1 week every other month.

What does it take for consideration with Lift Auto Group?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment.
  • Competent in resolving issues relating to Windows 10/11, Office 365 software, printing, cell phones, Office 365 user accounts, and basic networking.
  • Some experience with utilizing Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, and Teams to resolve user facing issues and provision services.
  • Realworld experience with PowerShell.
  • Bonus points for those with experience in the collision industry.

  • This is a lowpressure role. Afterhours requests for support are almost nonexistent. There is no oncall roster.
  • Your schedule is flexible. Work with the team to ensure coverage during business hours while balancing afterhours work and personal activities.

  • Exposure to a modern tech stack. We live in M365 for communication, collaboration, user, and workstation management. Our network hardware is provided by Meraki.

Pay:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
