What does it take to work for CSN/Lift Auto Group?
- 3 years' of general maintenance experience required;
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to travel minimum one week per month required;
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically to solve basic maintenance issues that arise
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fastpaced environment;
- Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs on the company or buildings equipment such as heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, or electrical systems.
- Perform general aesthetic upkeep which can include painting, basic carpentry, or landscaping.
- Maintaining and servicing compressors, airline systems, paint booths and equipment.
- Replacing light fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the day;
- Ability to work from heights on ladders, scaffolding and scissor lifts.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time;
- Ability to work in various areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing.
