Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Laval, Quebec, Canada. You will be in direct contact with our customers and will work with the various departments of IONODES.

You will be maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success, and maximizing their satisfaction, which in turn drives customer retention and business growth.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage the order processing and fulfillment cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their postsale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Work with Finance team to ensure customer credit limits are followed, proper invoicing is achieved and credit card rocessing is covered.
  • Understand customers' needs and provide exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with IONODES.
  • Proactively address customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular checkins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to dvocate for customers' needs and ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer requirements.

Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in customer service

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service background
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Customer-Focused Mindset
  • Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • An ability to adapt, to not only new procedures and policies, but new technology.
  • Strong data entry/keyboarding skills, and efficient with computers.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (Fr/En)
