The Account Executive, Renewals is a key resource on our team that focuses on renewals and retention, client relationship management, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the processing of all group benefits plans renewing within your assigned block of business
- Secondary Key contact for firms within assigned block of business. All correspondence flows through Account Executive or Senior Account Executive
- Provide direction and assistance to Financial Analyst for all groups 35 lives and below, when required
- Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional employee benefits plans for 35 lives plus.
- Contact Carriers/Sales Representatives to discuss and clarify missing information
- Prepare reports for advisors based on findings and recommendations for insured renewals
- Ensure dbase is updated and accurate
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with carriers and advisors, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of productivity respecting service commitments to advisors
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues and perform other related duties as required.
- Assist with ad hoc department projects as needed
