Our Client Support Team is the backbone of our operation.For advisors, the service team members are the ones who make the first impression, and our warm, courteous, and efficient response to their group needs is what fortifies our stellar reputation in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- MGA Onboards & Offboards
- Manage and process the submission of all MGA appointment letters
- Manage and process the submission of Agent of Record letters
- Manage and process the submission of policy termination letters
- Pulling and preparing experience reports, including more detailed indepth charted reports for larger groups
- Contact Carriers/Sales Representatives and/or CSRs to discuss and resolve any issues
- Database contacts maintenance
- Employee data monthly pull
- New Carrier direct sales
- Plan summaries
- Firm and Client Logo uploading
- License & Errors and Omissions submissions
- Manage ad hoc requests from advisors within the scope of our value proposition/product offering
