The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and driven AI-Computer Vision Data Analysis & Research Intern to join our Research & Development team.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks related to computer vision data creation, analysis and research, including image and video data creation (in real and virtual world), management, designing naming conventions, annotation of data, and statistical analysis to support the development and evaluation of deep learning models.
While engaging in such activities, you will gain first-hand experience working with and learning from a knowledgeable team of researchers and developers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct research alongside the R&D team in the AIcomputer vision discipline
- Leverage skills in Python, and occasionally C++, to write code for various purposes, including creation, arrangement of image and video data, inspection of data, identification of annotated images, and collection of annotation statistics
- Provide support to the researchers with data preparation using simulations, generativeAI, and realworld cameras
- Design and develop methods related to the organization, naming, and storage of data
- Create manuals and best practices for big image and video data storages
- Support researchers with the training and evaluation of deep learning models
- Assist with writing evaluation reports
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and assist with the development of new processes
- Present key findings from research and statistical analysis to executives to support datadriven business decisions
- Additional adhoc data analysis and research duties in the computer vision discipline
- Note: additional duties and responsibilities may be added as per the discretion of EAIGLE Executives._
Team and Reporting Structure
- This position reports directly to the Chief Science Officer
Work Format
- 100% inoffice (3 days a week totalling 20 hours for students; 5 days per week totalling 40 hours for recent grads)

Professional Experience and Education
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Solid experience coding in Python and some experience in C++
- Experience with Blender and PyBullet is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Critical problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies
