    Description

    By joining our team as a Gasfitter / Water Heater Installer, you will become an important team member, and will be provided with the tools you need to succeed.

    Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call; Explain, educate and promote the value of our products, services, and programs on every call.

    Professionally install water heater and tankless equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards.

    Replace or repair leaking water heaters and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
    Ensure personal and customer safety.
    Provide superior customer service (i.e. execution of "The Right Call" process).
    Create positive customer relations through effective communication and problem solving.
    Actively participate in the training and mentoring of new installers.
    The tools you need to succeed – including the tools for the job and fully stocked trucks as well as ongoing skills training and professional development programs
    Fully paid tuition and apprentice leave top-up for eligible Team Members

    Domestic Gas Fitter B certificate.
    Class 5 Driver's License.
    Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters with the assistance of material handling equipment.
    Able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required, including weekends.
