Operations Administrator - Toronto, Canada - Circular Materials

Purpose of Position:
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to provide support to the completion of tasks and activities that drive dayto
- Attend meetings and document minutes and action items; follows up and close out all actions.
- Support scheduling of meetings and associated administration.
- Identify best practices across operations to gain a more streamlined approach to the completion of day
- Develop and edit PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external presentations. Support all communication requirements for the VP, Supply Chain Operations in coordination with the communications department.
- Enhance coordination between various departments to maintain efficiency and ensure optimal work production in the organization.
- Give recommendations, suggestions, and ideas that can be implemented to transform and improve operations within the organization.
- Manage files, informational resources, and databases on SharePoint for various Supply Chain Operations team activities and projects.
- Coordinate document management for the team, liaising with other teams (Procurement, PMO, etc.) on document and folder management as required
- Ensure training materials are documented and available to support new staff onboarding within Operations.
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Post Secondary education in business administration preferred.
- 3+ years
- Detailedoriented with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience working in a complex, multifaceted environment with multiple stakeholders and senior executives.
- Analytical, conceptual, problem solving and research skills to manage multiple initiatives and tasks of varying complexity in accordance with deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Effective problem resolution skills, with the ability to build relationships across varied stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
Working Conditions:
- This role demands that the incumbent have a flexible work schedule with periods of uneven workload.
- The incumbent will have tolerance for change as Circular Materials implements its new program obligations.
