What's On Your Plate:

Orchestrating multiple programs & projects simultaneously across various areas of the business
Working in conjunction with stakeholders to overcommunicate & define project priorities, scope, manage and mitigate risks, and KPIs, in alignment with Skip's strategic goals and objectives
Balancing project execution with implementation strategy and planning
Effective stakeholder management with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are understood
Ensure Project Management methodology and governance are appropriately used on projects while identifying opportunities for improvement
Developing plans and driving conversations that lead to outcomes across a number of projects and stakeholders
Collaborating and mentoring fellow project managers & coordinators with a goal of leveling up the craft within our organization

Recipe for Success:

7+ years of project management experience in digital marketing, agency environment and/or product environment
Has successfully managed strategic planning processes with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment
Additionally, has experience managing multiple key programs of scale ranging from app, CRM and web builds
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment juggling varying priorities, deadlines and communication styles
Can leverage or create process without being limited by it when the moment presents itself
Has some experience coaching and/or managing others with a willingness to grow this area of responsibility as part of your career path
Team player who is willing to take on any challenge with a positive attitude while also helping support others on the team
Based out of Toronto or Winnipeg and is comfortable with a hybrid environment
