MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule.
  • Entering, updating, and processing customer orders on various interfaces.
  • Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal / external use.
  • Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
  • Coordinate with billing to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions
  • Performs related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager.
  • Wellversed in supply management principles and practices

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

Education:
College diploma or university degree.


2+ years logistics and customer service experience is an asset.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

LANGUAGE:
English


COMPUTER:
Microsoft Office Software, Outlook

  • Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills and able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
