Accounts payable administrator
Vintage Group, one of Calgary's culinary leaders, fuelling the evolving Calgary food scene since 2003 is currently hiring for their head office in Calgary.
At this time, the position will be hours/week.
Daily duties include (but are not limited to)
- Daily monitoring of the AP inbox
- Ensure all AP invoices received are sent to the appropriate location and appropriate manager.
- Enter invoices which are not coded by the restaurants.
- Monitoring of AP portals
- Rent
- Ensure all rent is paid and entered
- Weekly recording of all invoices provided by all restaurants each week
- Upload the locations where upload is possible for the PJ's each week.
- Cheque preparation
- Daily bank entry enter bank transactions for each location daily.
- Invoice Filing
- Other accounting duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently in an accounting program or 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Sage is an asset.
- Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced an asset.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Independent worker with strong attention to detail.
