    Compensation: $80, – $95,* /year (full-time / permanent)
    Project Manager:

    Project Managers at On Side oversee all aspects of property restoration post any type of disaster. If you dislike being confined to one place, you'll relish visiting various job sites while benefiting from the stability of a local branch office.
    Project Managers are responsible for:
    • Collaborating with Insurance adjusters for a smooth experience for the insured.
    • Ensuring quality control for all job aspects.
    • Taking ownership of the job; it essentially mirrors your capabilities by day's end.
    • Providing top-notch customer service to property owners, businesses, and families.
    • Evaluating damage and determining required work scope.
    • Managing and guiding Restoration Staff in a team-oriented setting during: Disaster remediation efforts (e.g., water damage, fire & smoke damage, weather damage), Cleaning & packing, Rebuilding, Project completion
    What you bring:
    • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration sector.
    • Proficiency with Xactimate.
    • A dedication to customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivation and goal orientation.
    • Willingness to work after hours and on weekends.
    • Strong problem-solving and priority management abilities.
    • Proficiency in computer skills; operating within an MS Office environment.
    • Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
    • Clear criminal background.

    • Willingness (not mandatory) to travel within Canada to support cross-region Teammates. Disasters occur everywhere, and occasionally we need to assist our teams in different locations. If you've ever desired business travel, this is your shot.
    Of Note:
    • Disasters can occur at any time, necessitating a rotating after-hours on-call work schedule.
      • *Salary compensation is determined by project volume, gross margins, industry experience, and demonstrated industry connections. Annual compensation details will be discussed fully if you are chosen for an interview.
