In order to succeed in this role, the incumbent must possess the following qualifications: - Education: Minimum qualified tradesperson (Millwright) performing maintenance work in an industrial facility.
- Experience: Minimum five years' experience as a qualified tradesperson (Millwright) or the equivalent. Successful completion of the entire Planner training modules would be an asset.
- Job Skills: Incumbents must have a working familiarity with personal computers. Microsoft suite of software, Excel, CatBase, and Computerized Maintenance System equipment and tools. Incumbents must possess high communication skills.
- Supplementary Skills: Incumbents also need to possess the following: the ability to work independently within provided guidelines; a high level of initiative and personal time organization skills to manage contractors and tradespersons.
