Production Assistant to work in
Edmonton, AB.

Work Conditions:

-
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. Option for overtime.

Work is primarily performed
indoors.

Qualifications:

-
Experience in sandblasting and/or industrial painting would be an asset but we will provide training.

Hoisting and rigging training an asset but we will provide training.
Grade 12 education
preferred.
WHMIS training provided.
Forklift training an asset, but we will provide inhouse training.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Solid work ethic and capable of working with mínimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Perform all functions related to the preparation of product for sandblasting.
Perform all functions related to the sandblasting of product prior to painting.
Perform final preparation of product after painting.
Assist with production assembly/testing as required.

Duties Include:_

Maintain traceability of prepared product through production processing.
Ensure product quality is maintained through the production process.
Preserve product after painting for shipment to the customer.
Actively supports and complies with corporate programs, standards and policies, including the Health and Safety, Environmental, and quality programs.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the paint department and perform all maintenance required on equipment.
Perform other duties as required
