As an Agile coach, you will lead a team of scrum masters in the Technology and Innovation Lab as well as the greater Technology and Information Service (TIS) to continue developing and fostering our Agile culture, methodologies and frameworks.


What You Will Do:

  • Own Agile practices for the Technology + Innovation Lab and contribute to the development of Agile practices across broader TIS
  • Lead all aspects of shaping and implementing agile processes across product teams in the Technology + Innovation Lab
  • Manage the Agile Community of Practice across TIS and lead a team of 710 scrum masters, providing mentorship, and professional development
  • Implement strategies and foster an Agile culture for the Technology + Innovation Lab as well as broader TIS
  • Develop recommendations with the team on making potential changes to standard practices to drive greater business value through Agile in the Lab and TIS
  • Guide the Lab Executive Team, Lab leadership, and other senior executive roles across multiple functions and units on how to implement agile practices methodologies

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Agile product development, with specific Agile coach and Scrum Master experience preferred
  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Solid knowledge of relevant domains/products/journeys and ability to lead toward the organizationwide adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Past developer experience is highly desired
  • Ability to foster cooperation across all team members and encourage crosstraining
