Customer Success Manager


InCom Web Solutions & e-Marketing (InCom) is a leading provider of Real Estate Web & e-Marketing Solutions for Real Estate professionals.

We are seeking a highly motivated, focused and results-driven
Customer Success Manager.


With InCom's all-in-one lead generation platform and managed advertising services, Realtors can generate real estate leads, close more deals and grow their business.

Reporting to the Vice-President Operations, the Customer Success Manager will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide our clients with a successful onboarding experience
  • Guide the customers through the product to ensure that they are on the right path to success
  • Build a relationship with the customer and introduce them to the company's culture, people, and processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent support and ensure a high retention rate.
  • Drive customer loyalty and product adoption through webinars, newsletters, videos, and social media posts.
  • Provide remote training and support to clients.
  • Create "howto" training videos, including scripts, recording the videos, and performing the video editing.
  • Support the improvement of current or the creation of new webbased or instructorled training courses.
  • Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance, maintains technical resource library, and keeps records of training activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational content.
  • Assist with renewals/cancellations.
  • Support processing/payment of invoices and management of accounts receivable/collections.
  • Conduct prompt, courteous, and persuasive telephone collection calls and following up on past due accounts

Must Haves:


  • 2+ years relevant work experience in a customerfacing, customer success, account management or strategic role. (SaaS, Marketing Agency / IT or Real Estate industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to excel under pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and crossfunctionally, multitasking.
  • Detailoriented with strong time management skills.

Good to Have:


  • Knowledge of the digital marketing space, and a passion for marketing technology.
  • Technical/Documentation writing skills.
  • Video Editing software knowledge.
  • Canadian University degree and/or college diploma in Business/Marketing/ or related field.
