    The team at Bloor West Dental Group located in Toronto, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Office Manager on a full-time basis.

    The ideal Dental Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.

    Our team has a proud tradition of providing quality dental care since 1956, and our long standing team of hygienists, assistants, and administration members are dedicated.

    Conveniently located at one block west of the Runnymede subway station.

    SCHEDULE:
    40 hours per weekMonday to Friday


    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


    2-3 years of experience is required in dental office management or dental administrationExperience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an assetHighly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providersStrong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processesExperience maintaining a professional level of patient privacyDemonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactionsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and familiesCustomer service mindset123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
