    Description
    Precision Record Pressing is a well-established vinyl record pressing company with multiple locations in the Greater Toronto Area, known for our emphasis on service, quality, and innovation, and the dedication of our employees.

    We are on the lookout for an experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our OAKVILLE team. This full-time position involves working closely with our major music label accounts, requiring a positive, motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.

    Candidates must be residents of Canada and legally eligible to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.

    Responsibilities
    • Manage incoming sales inquiries effectively
    • Create sales quotations using our specialized Precision software
    • Assist in processing new orders and completing necessary paperwork
    • Provide top-notch customer care throughout the project lifecycle
    • Collaborate with internal departments to address project challenges
    • Perform additional tasks as assigned
    Physical Demands
    • Primarily sedentary office role with occasional short walks
    • Repetitive arm and hand movements are required
    • Visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and computer work
    • Limited lifting of boxes weighing up to 30lbs
    Requirements/Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of sales and project management experience with direct customer interaction
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite
    • Self-driven with a strong work ethic and commitment to results
    • Exceptional team player with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Keen attention to detail and superb problem-solving abilities
    • Demonstrated track record of efficiency, accuracy, and managing multiple projects
