Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the brokerage to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of licensed brokers to achieve their professional goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to brokers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brokerage's client base.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, realtors, and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and manage potential risks to protect the brokerage and its clients.
  • Handle escalated issues and disputes with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Promote a clientfocused culture within the brokerage.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions to keep brokers updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Support brokers in achieving their sales targets and professional development goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Brokerage Manager

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a licensed broker

  • Proven track record of success in real estate brokerage management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding capabilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
