    Falcon Security Services Inc.

    is registered, approved, and authorized by the Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services to provide security services under the guidelines of the Private Security & Investigative Services Act.

    We provide reliable, efficient, and effective security solutions for private, corporate, governmental and individuals.

    Our mission is to allow our clients to see us not as an expense but a detrimental asset to their company.

    As Business Development Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

    Utilize your sales prowess to generate leads through effective cold calling and referrals, leaving no stone unturned in your pursuit of success.

    Submit Proposals work orders, promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless communications through CRM and optimal collaboration within the team.
    This will contribute to increased client retention and expand our network of satisfied customers.
    Build a strong sales pipeline.
    Sell a range of services that include Security Solutions and Facilities Management.
    3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in security industry
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field(preferred)
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    ~ Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
