Description
St. Leonard's Community Services (SLCS) is seeking a full-time Program Administrator for Project Home, a Housing First Program.

As a member of this interdisciplinary team, you will be required to provide administrative support to Project Home and also oversee reception-related duties for the building at 371 King St.


Project Home


This role provides direct support to the Project Home Program Managers and Team Leads to maintain an efficient, organized, and communicative work environment.

You will be responsible for several administrative tasks, such as tracking of assets, preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, ordering program supplies, tracking and reconciliation of petty cash, documenting meeting minutes and liaising with suppliers and our security company.

You will be integral in assisting the team with tracking, inputting and maintaining data inputs for housing subsidies.

As a member of this team, you will also, review and maintain supply inventory while liaising with the Executive Assistant and Finance Assistant to coordinate tasks as assigned.

You will coordinate the on and off boarding of employees of the program, and complete other administrative tasks as required by the program.

In addition to providing support to Project Home, you will provide some administrative support duties of the entire building, including but not limited to: admitting patrons, interfacing with participants, ordering and receiving deliveries, coordinating shipments, and other tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the building.


General Skills

Required Qualifications

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Administration or related field
  • 12 years' relevant work experience
  • A combination of 1 year of professional, personal, or educational experience which informs your understanding of housing issues and the impacts this has on the lived experiences of our service recipients
  • Standard First Aid/CPR with AED
  • Level C
  • Valid Driver's License (G) and access to a reliable vehicle
  • 2 Shots of COVID19 Vaccine
  • Excellent Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Pay:
From $22.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
