Key areas of responsibility:
The role will require an individual with strong technical and organizational skills.
The managed services Product Manager will be responsible for managing Fully Managed's core services, including FM Elite, FM Pro and our co-managed solutions.
The managed services Product Manager will have strong partnerships with the Marketing, Sales, Technical Support and Professional Services teams to ensure continual alignment and streamlined processes are maintained.
- Actively participate in Fully Managed new product and services introductions by leveraging Product Teams
- Assess, evolve and maintain bestpractice configuration of key service delivery technologies supporting continual service delivery improvement
- Conduct feedback interviews with department stakeholders to understand current use, pains and goals related to each technology leveraged
- Arrange audits of deployed customer service technologies to ensure alignment and best practice configurations are applied
- Execute technology change requests as required by each Fully Managed department leveraging existing change management process
- Assist in Go-ToMarket planning sessions to define new technologies and manage technology launch through Product Steering Committee (PSC)
- Evolve and maintain automated customer reporting through key service delivery technologies
- Develop and maintain automated Sales reports presenting project, service and hardware opportunities from within existing customer base
- Conduct market and competitive research of Managed Services packages and Managed Service Providers throughout Canada
- Communicate to Fully Managed departments and stakeholders' requirements definition, clarification, prioritization of active and upcoming projects
- Assist in service launch communication, training and Q&A
- Present weekly progress made on active projects
- Other duties as required
Skill and knowledge requirements:
We're flexible but these are a must:
- 3+ Product Management
- 3+ years Professional Service Automation (PSA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
- 3+ Customer Access and Reporting Portals
- 3+ years product demonstration and training
Assets:
- Ability to analyze complex problems and work both alone and as part of a team to find solutions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused while managing multiple tasks concurrently
- The ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with teams, client/user base, and others is required
- Aptitude for learning new technologies
- Strong communications skills, both oral and written
- Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Technical sales experience
- Experience in a multisite environment
- Certifications from software'hardware vendors
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus on priorities is a must.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Selfmotivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines; multitasking abilities are essential
- High degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness
