Description

The City of Edmonton selected Marigold Infrastructure Partners to design and build the 14-kilometre Valley Line West LRT project from downtown to Lewis Farms.

Construction has begun and will take five to six years to complete.

Marigold is a design-build joint venture agreement between Colas and Parsons.


Position:


Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets

Track project progress and report on key metrics

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Support the project team with administrative tasks and documentation

Prepare executive-level presentations and reports

Coordinate and organize events related to project management and team activities


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field would be an asset

Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role

Proficient in project management software and tools

Previous experience in construction or a related industry would be an asset

Strong attention to detail and solid keyboarding skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and planning abilities, with problem-solving skills

Ability to identify and propose solutions for increased efficiency

Capable of following written procedures accurately
