Full-time Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant

Role Summary:


If you are a task-driven, detail-oriented, efficient self-starter that loves staying organized and getting things done, you could be the right person for this temporary administrative and bookkeeping position.

As an Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant, you will get to interact and work on important tasks for each of our businesses.

You will handle data-entry and basic bookkeeping tasks, filing, mail handling, banking, and more.


You will have a set schedule of tasks that must be completed on deadlines, as well as ongoing projects to work on and prioritize.

You will work closely with our Administration Manager.

Sample of Duties and responsibilities:


  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail correspondence.
  • Banking.
  • General office help as needed

Bookkeeping Support:


  • Inventory data input
  • Input invoices
  • Input Accounts Receivable
  • Category management
  • Daily sales entries
  • Petty cash reconciliation

Support to Retail Store Managers & Assistant Managers:

  • Inventory data input
  • Digitizing documents
  • Bank deposits

Education and Experience:


  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

Education:
High School degree, and 1-2 years of experience as an Office Administrative or Assistant will be a plus.

$17.00-$18.00 per hour
