As our Production Manager, you thrive on creating order and structure and keeping projects running smoothly, but you are not intimidated by a lot of moving pieces.

You know how to plan your priorities and execute your plan, to keep strong communication with staff and customers, and you know how to ask for help when you need it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferred
Sign Shop Experience is a MUST
Sign production/installation experience
An good understanding of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop and digital and cloud file management.
Previous supervisory/management/leadership experience are a must
Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to work well under pressure to output highvolume, highquality work
Professional verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES_:_

Prioritizes workflow, communicates with production staff daily, and supervises the production process
Schedules production board and installation schedule daily
Performs quality assurance measures pre

- and post-construction

Communicates with other employees to ensure production is completed on time and with high quality
Manages the inventory purchasing and storage process
Supervises basic installations and completes more advanced installations
Assesses and maintains current technology and works with ownership group to investigate and potentially introduce new technology and equipment to staff
Trains employees on equipment, tools, and efficiencybuilding methods
Serves as a backup for overflow production needs
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
