You have:


  • A University degree in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental studies, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Experience related to sustainability strategies, implementation, project management, data analytics, and communications.
  • An indepth understanding of performance metrics development and reporting.
  • Strong technical competencies in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.

You are:


  • A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to write technical documents related to ESG.
  • Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating and problemsolving.
  • Clientfocused with the ability to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
  • A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
  • A change agent, qualified to provide instructions, advice, guidance and lead the exchange of information.

You are interested in:


  • Partnering with stakeholders to implement and operationalize the Centre's ESG roadmap.
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate metrics to monitor and report on the Centre's ESG performance.
  • Aligning, connecting and elevating ESG strategies across international business platforms and regions.
  • Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Additional Information:


  • Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
This position requires occasional international travel.
