You have:

A University degree in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental studies, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
Experience related to sustainability strategies, implementation, project management, data analytics, and communications.
An indepth understanding of performance metrics development and reporting.
Strong technical competencies in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.

You are:

A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to write technical documents related to ESG.
Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating and problemsolving.
Clientfocused with the ability to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
A change agent, qualified to provide instructions, advice, guidance and lead the exchange of information.

You are interested in:

Partnering with stakeholders to implement and operationalize the Centre's ESG roadmap.
Developing and maintaining appropriate metrics to monitor and report on the Centre's ESG performance.
Aligning, connecting and elevating ESG strategies across international business platforms and regions.
Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Additional Information:

Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).

This position requires occasional international travel.
