The Role:
- Join our dynamic and driven team by playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales success.
- Collaborate closely with our visionary sales leadership to craft and elevate sales forecasting models, transforming data into strategic insights that ignite growth.
- Be the driving force behind efficiency and productivity enhancements as you design and implement reporting dashboards that redefine our sales landscape. You won't just support our sales team; you'll be their goto guru for technical, operational, and processrelated queries.
- Take ownership of all sales projects, new materials, and initiatives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with product, marketing, and sales teams to breathe life into our sales procedures, brochures, and other materials, creating a narrative that resonates with our clients who are among Canada's top employers.
- Spearhead onboarding and training programs for our new sales talent.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an internal sales operations role
- Demonstrate relevant experience and a solid understanding of sales operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify insights and actionables
- Expertise in managing HubSpot CRM and other sales tools
- Strong crossteam collaboration skills
- Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the group benefits space is a bonus
