    Markham - Temporary - 4 months

    As a member of the mentioned group, your responsibilities include:

    • Acquiring new property rights for various electrical work
    • Conducting market investigations and valuations
    • Managing land rights for transmission and distribution facilities
    • Reviewing municipal planning circulations
    • Handling payments for easement rights
    • Assessing real estate issues and preparing reports
    • Documenting property-related records

    Your job duties may involve:

    • Supporting Hydro One Real Estate staff in property-related activities

    Professional development opportunities:

    • Gaining experience in real estate asset management in Ontario's energy industry
    • Engaging with various stakeholders and legal professionals

    Requirements:

    • Discipline in Real Estate
    • Minimum completion of 2nd year of program
    • Valid driver's license in Ontario

    Other Job Conditions:
