Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including doortodoor, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct indepth consultations with potential clients to assess their energy needs, analyze their current energy usage, and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Present customized proposals and quotes to prospective customers, clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition of our solar products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, including coordinating site visits, securing necessary permits, and overseeing the installation process.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to effectively position our company and products in the marketplace.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from potential customers.
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentive programs is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are _

Salary:
$36,848.05-$117,524.16 per year
