NAIT's Digital Media and IT program is looking for ahighly experienced, dynamic, energetic instructor who has the passion forsharing their expertise and experiences to join their team. The Web Design and Development concentrationteaches students the most current web design techniques and best practices forweb development and search engine optimization. This area of emphasis armsstudents with the design, business and technical skills they will need to buildcustomized web solutions for organizations and individuals. The Web Design andDevelopment area prepares students for jobs as web designers, web developers,SEO strategists, UX/UI designers, and content strategists.
The successful candidate should be student-centered,have strong organizational skills and be committed to student success, withexcellent communication skills in both written and oral English. Stronganalytical, problem solving, critical-thinking and decision-making skills arerequired.

Remuneration : Willcommensurate with education and experience, plus a comprehensive benefitspackage
Instructor salary grid $65, $113,452.00annually. However, starting salary for new hires averages between $78, $85,889.00annually based on education and experience with room for negotiations. (Classification– Instructor).
Thisposition is covered by the NAIT Academic Staff Association (NASA) CollectiveAgreement
