RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Monitor pool and waterslides to ensure guest safety.
  • Conduct water testing and preparing samples as necessary.
  • Basic pool maintenance and cleaning duties; party room, change rooms,fitness area, etc.
  • Providing friendly service to all guest of the Oasis River Country.
  • Providing service for Splash snack bar area (must be 18 to serve alcohol).
  • Monitor Fitness Centre area to ensure equipment is in working order and towels, water and other amenities are available for guests.
  • Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, and answering questions and concerns politely.
  • Assisting guests with towels and life jacket.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Basic understanding of pool operations.
  • Friendly and professional with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Must be able to work without supervision.
  • Must be organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be physically fit and able to meet physical demands analysis.
  • Must be 16 years old, and 18 to provide alcohol service.
  • ProServe Certification will be considered an asset.
  • Current CPR / First Aid will be considered an asset.
  • Pool operations, NLS, Bronze medallion, etc. and previous pool experience will be considered an asset.

Job Types:
Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3-4 months


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
