Accountabilities:


  • Primary support for entire Project Management Office
  • Work closely with Project Managers to achieve joint goals and tasks for project processes
  • Support the documentation of process improvements to achieve product quality and productivity goals
  • Coordinate and manage PMO support issues within the CRM project management tools, and communicate updates and resolution status to PMO and internal stakeholders
  • Schedule team meetings as directed to discuss PMO issues, ideas and workable solutions
  • Backup selective Project Management tasks temporarily when required
  • Assist Project Managers to analyze project risks and opportunities
  • Use and support PMO tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Manage and oversee operational tasks and competing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Create and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, plans and reports
  • Responsible for processing help deck tickets for all necessary tools
  • Responsible for completing daily PMO operational tasks, may include data entry
  • Required to work with finance and operational teams to ensure PMO process support

Requirements:


  • One (1) to Three (3) years of Project Management experience in the digital marketing industry overseeing a range of projects ranging in size and complexity.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent college diploma with a major in computer science, finance, business administration, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with project management software solutions (Mavenlink, HubSpot and Teams an asset)
  • Knowledge of and experience with working in waterfall & agile environments.
  • Knowledge of PMI methodology; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
